There a lot of threads that explain most of the stuff.
I found the ones already mentioned the most useful!
Here is another just to answer some other questions:
Sponge Is A CoreMod?And has Vanilla Forge…With Plugins?
Basicly when you setup a Forge server add Sponge as a CoreMod.
The you will get a new folder named plugins(i think so) and put you Sponge plugins in there.
