Spent 2 hours trying to get my old key working, but just gave up so I uploaded a new one.
Now I have a 3 day upload cooldown.
I understand that this is a safety precaution, but is it needed on accounts already using 2-factor authenticaton?

Posted this after I changed my key, three days ago, but it still says I have to wait three days.
