Presumably you are using a permission management plugin, probably Luckperms.
If you check the Luckperms Wiki, you’ll see that you can use * as a catch-all permission. This can cause serious side-effects with some plugins, including Nucleus and griefprevention, so use with caution. Often, you can use the root node of a plugin for admin permissions with Sponge servers (e.g. luckperms), which grants all child permissions. You can then refine it as you go.
