All the Mods v.1.4.3b + SpongeForge 1.10.2

Hi,
I am running a Minecraft Server(v 1.10.2) with the Modpack "All the mods (v 1.4.3b) and I want to install some plugins.
My question is how can I install Sponge on it. I have already try to download SpongeForge 1.10.2 and i have put it in the mods Folder but the Server just crashed. Can somebody please help me?

Please post a link to the crashlog so we can find out what went wrong

The problem is that Applied Energistics is currently not compatible with SpongeForge, follow the link posted above by @pie_flavor to another thread with the same issue.
There is a patched version of AE2 that @Tzk has linked to.
