Cant setup Grief Prevention plugin

Grief Prevention Not working

Hi im having issues to where Grief prevention is not working at all i can see all the permissions in luck perms and i added them to my owner rank but i still cant do anything with it. like even when i try to claim with a golden shovel nothing happens.
