Does anybody know of a sponge plugin that allows the user to essentially to /name &4 and will have a red name or something like that if so id love to know thanks.

Nucleus has a nickname function which allows for changing the colour of a name, but would allow for a full rename. Perhaps you could suggest this to them as a further function of that feature?
