All permissions will be updating to follow traditional conventions regarding plugins. For instance:
vanish.use would become => spongeessentialcmds.vanish.use

SpongeEssentialCmds v4.3c not showing up on my server. I have these mods installed:
Forge 1521
pixelmon 1.8 4.0.8
pex 2.0
spongeforge 1.8 1521-2.1 dev 735
I dropped it into my mods folder. It’s like it’s not there at all.

EDIT: Fixed and confirmed working. Make sure you use the latest Sponge.

v4.5 adds the ability to change the speed of a different player, as well as a new feature to only change the speed that applies to you at the time of the command.
For example, if you’re flying, the fly speed would be updated, whereas if you’re waling your walk speed would be updated.

I have a couple suggestions to the plugin.
/realname - This could be used to check what the nicknamed players real IGN is.
/invsee or /inventorysee - To check another players inventory.
/tempban - Ban a player for a specified amount of time.
/playerfreeze - Freezes a player in place and cannot move. Also cant interact with anything around them.
