"Foundation" - Common APIs and Plugin Infrastructure Manager

/me thinks @Soren is an angel sent from heaven to send the likes of @Nack_Seerosja down to… uhm… the nether.

@Nack_Seerosja because they’re probably in some updated guidelines or just a general community agreement.

@Nack_Seerosja I said probably. I’m too tired for this.

Bring this back on topic before I start handing out suspensions

You’ll need to use ruby for that. :smile:

   > u = User.find({name: 'Nack_Seerosja'})
>>>> {nazi: 1, naziType: 'grammar', taken:'a fence'}
   > u.delete
>>>> [org.discourse.helpers.World] -- THANK YOU

Cos why not.

Sorry, Please don’t suspend me.

If anybody knows how to disconect players - Reply to butterdev’s post!

Status Update - 12/16/14
1. Progress towards v1.0
According to GitHub (yay!), we are 85% toward our milestone of v1.0, due late February! YAY!
Unfortunately, you can also see we are only 20% done with version 0.5, due out by 2015. @Exstar has said to expect most of this (module loading) to come soon, very soon.
2. Progress towards Ban API
The Ban API is all that’s left. Currently in the API, you can’t disconnect players. If you know a way you can, please contact ButterDev.

Thanks,
ButterDev for FoundationDriven

Got Issues? ( Status update 21/12/14 )

New issue tracker

Github issues are cool, But they don’t always do everything needed. That’s why we’ve got our own issue tracker.
Go ahead and sign up, If you see anything wrong or Have any ideas, PUT IT THERE

In other news we are aiming to push out v1.0 VERY soon so watch out for that!

Merry christmas,
OscarOrSomething aka OscarOrSomething

Happy Christmas (Teaser Release 21/12/14)
Are you looking for another Christmas present? Forget something on your wish list? Well, have a very merry Christmas in front of your IDE with Foundation’s 1.0 release! Use our APIs for your own plugins! Let us skip Christmas dinner, so you don’t have to start your plugin development until Boxing Day. You may even be finished by 2015. Maybe you’ll have another (unexpected) present… one on GitHub. Stay. Tuned.

Did i seriously forget to add the link? Fixed.

@WetSponge it’s broken

It’s a new domain, Depending on your ISP it might take a while to propogate, If you can’t access it try http://foundationissues-mcredefined.rhcloud.com

@WetSponge that would explain it.

The website update 22/12/14

Stuff has been happening and we’re getting super close to the first version.
Stare at the stuff below!

New website

As well as a domain change and a shiny new issue tracker there’s another present under the virtual christmas tree: A new website!
As i think you’ll agree the layout is a lot better and It’s made in a much better way. Check it out here!

The final sprint

All we need to before the release of out first few APIs is the documentation and a few other boring stuff (JDoc generation, Tests and all that boring stuff.) #GetHyped

TL;DR

Check out the new website and get ready for the first release

Seriously though, Feel free to comment on anything that you think needs fixing

The website looks really weird for me.

See above before thread derail

Is it just me, or does http://foundationdriven.tk/ not work after 48 hours?
Can anyone else connect?

Works for me right now. Wasn’t earlier but now is.

It might be better to just buy a domain (not sure if that’s on your TODO list or not, but from my experience, tk domains often give the impression of being fairly sketchy)
