FTB Beyond server AE2 problem?

Hey all im having troubles with lag spikes every minute. I see alot of AE2 errors in console looking like this :

At some point most of the users will time out and console will freeze and show :

Also the memory will start filling up.

I have updated all plugins, looked through peoples bases. Tried various profiling plugins, here are some results:

Minecraft 1.10.2
FTB Beyond : 1.10
SPongeAPI : 5.2.0-SNAPSHOT-c675e80
SpongeForge : 1.10.2-2281-5.2.0-BETA-2464
Minecraft Forge : 12.18.3.2316

So I took a look at your timings and it seems to indicate MMC Restrict is being stupid. It was recently discovered it lags a bunch in cases with decent amounts of players. If you use grief prevention i’d consider using that for banning items, in the latest version a new feature for banning items was added. So please first try removing mmc restrict and see if that stops the problems.
