Getting hardcore error when join to my server

Hey there :]

If an friend of mine join my server it causes hard lags and this long error in log.
Can u please help me fix this?
I deleted all player files on the server which means “playerdata”.
Could an plugin causes this problem?

Sponge has two implementations SpongeForge and spongevanilla
