I have a sponge server with GP, LuckPerms and Pixelmon.
When i join i try to claim but i can’t, i add the nucleus group at my user, i can do all commands but GP does not work, somebody can tell me why?

Could you send us a log of the server using a service like pastebin.com? You can find your server logs in the following folder.
/Logs/latest.txt
That will give us a idea of what is going on.
