Ideally we need to see the entire fml-server-latest.log, but if you have AE2 then this is a known incompatibility. Replace the AE2 jar with the patched one in this post:

Applied Energistics 2 is incompatible with SpongeForge currently (you can find other threads with the same issue) There is a patched version available from this page: (see the Download section in the readme)
