I would like to know if there is any plugin that when using / vanish you hide from the tablist of connected players.
He looked for “nucleus” command or “luckperms” but can’t find anything that works for me.

Did you not look at Nucleus’ config? There is an experimental option in there that might work for you - see https://nucleuspowered.org/docs/modules/vanish.html#conf for the vanish section.
