How to allow/activate nether portal?

Hello ! I want to allow player to create nether portal but its not works (same for me with all permission)
I think its config but where ? >w<

Make sure you’ve got allow-nether=true in the server.properties file

i can go with /tp world ^^

You can enable/disable certain worlds by going into the world config, found in config/sponge/worlds/<dimension>/<world>/world.conf

Set the world-enabled option to either true or false
Make sure that config-enabled=true in order for the config to take effect
