You really need to fix whatever causes this log to be that big! Open it and tell us what is being spammed in there!

I really would not continue to run a server with that kind of problem, but if you really want to:
I don’t think there is a way to disable the log. Do you have root-access? You could write a delete-every-hour/minute script…
