Leash Permission and other defaults?

Hi everyone,

i have set up a survival server with sponge for Forge. But now players can’t use the leash on Animals.

Firstly i’m think it was from a mod or plugin ( all installed mods listed here / plugins only BungeeTablistPlus for Sponge & LuckPerms ) but no one use Permissions for leash.

My last idea is in sponge, is there any permissions in listen/event of leash?

Wat? Why would there be permissions for a regular Minecraft mechanic?

Don’t ask me. When i give a character OP rights, it can Leash animals. without OP it can’t leash animals.
