What im looking for is a way for me to view a file if staff has login everyday and for how many hours kinda like a real world way for staff in company’s to check in and check out but simply by logging in and out.

Does anything like that exist in sponge? If more detail is needed ill edit this post and elaborate more.

ActiveTime should do what you need. Just narrow the search parameters as needed.
