[LuckPerms] Simple rankup plugin

Hello,

I’m one of the founders of a Pixelmon server and we’re currently talking about a rank obtained after having played for a while in the server. However, all rankup plugins we found are either outdated or unsupported.
The goal is self-explained, an example : we have two ranks : Rank1 and Rank2, which requires 10 hours-play. After fulfulling the requirement, two luckperms commands will be done (/lp user parent remove Rank1, /lp user parent add Rank2)
If the player played 10 hours but doesn’t have Rank1, then they won’t done.

I recommend using Activetime, it has a milestone section where you can activate commands or give items for x amount of playtime.
