Manage permission using vanilla sponge

forge-1.8-11.14.3.1450 the most last support sponge version is spongeforge-1.8-1552-2.1-DEV-805.jar
and now I want to configuration some permission
But the last permissionex can’t use in this version
so is there some method that i could configure specific permission without using permissionex ??

The default permission system is vanilla’s OP based system (which is very basic)

This Forge version:

isn’t officially supported by this SpongeForge version:

(as you can see Forge is build 1450 and SpongeForge requires Forge 1552). You can try to use an older build of PEX if you want to. However updating SpongeForge and Forge is strongly advised.
