My plugins don't load (Don't know how to identify the problem)

Hey, I’m facing problems loading some plugins AFAIK mods are loading fine, but plugins just don’t load.

Yeah, my bad for not checking the doc, I tought bukkit plugins worked just fine. Thanks!
