Npc plugin that actually works please I need it

Npcs doesn’t work and I want the npcs to have a specific skin and to have different commands the players can use
If NPCs is very popular, then it is very likely that it does work, and you are simply using it incorrectly. Have you tried asking the author for help?
Yea it is simply because it is incompatible with my plugins that I have and mods
