If it helps, I have a PvPToggle plugin here: PvPToggle v1.2.0
I do plan to re-write it to take advantage of the data API, but it should work just as well now.
If this is something you plan to include in Nucleus @dualspiral, I probably won’t rewrite it. 
Seems like something that could fit.
