Hey guys can someone look this over and just let me know if its salvageable? I tried once before to get someone to update it though he didn’t really do anything… but hey there’s never enough time I get it. Thanks to whoever looks.
If it is savable without too much effort, Ive got coin. If it had to be a forge mod that would work too… cheers!
It is programmed using Bukkit API. So first of all. If you have the licence for it. You will need to reprogram it for sponge. As I discovered with one of my own plugins, this means rewriting each and every method in it (method being … Like a paragraph. A few lines that are required).
Now then. Not everything can just be translated from Bukkit to Sponge without any issues, sometimes you will need to write more.
For “salvageable” on sponge … Really it can only be used as a template.
If i was programming it, i would start from scratch and refer to the original plugin as a guide.
I personally will not take up this task as i have bigger fish to fry but good luck
