PermissionsManager, OP not working

I have just recently installed PermissionsManger. However, OP does not work. I looked at the wiki and I found out that you have to use this command:

/pm users your_username set permission

However,

When I type in this with my username (/pm users SirrMax set permission) in the console.

13.02 07:41:17 [Server] Server thread/INFO Usage: /pm
13.02 07:41:17 [Server] Server thread/INFO This is not a command.

This is the errors that appears? Does anyone know what is wrong?

Check if the plugin is loaded properly. It appears that it never got to the point where it registered the command, so it’s safe to assume the plugin isnt even loaded.

You have to do /pm users your_usernanr set permission *
