Plugins loaded, but does not work

Hello

I have a problem. I am too new to this Sponge(switched Spigot just now), went ahead to use the mods. Now, I installed 2 plugins - EssentialsCMD and PermissionEx. Both are loaded, but for some reason it keeps displaying same things, over and over. EssentialsCMD doesn’t really work at all, but it’s loaded.

There’s what it said:

I am currently using Forge build 1890(Told me to use it)

What can I do about it? The plugins is in the mods folder if that’ll help

I try to use existing PEX command, and these are the result:

They repeat same things over and over.

These plugins are confusing me. They work, but won’t let me do anything about it. I am too new to Sponge, so I assumed I’m doing something wrong.

Pex’s error messages when parsing fails arn’t the best.
