What is your favorite Linux Flavor, for Server use?

EDIT: If you have any anecdotes about why you prefer a certain flavor, please share!

Or is it more insane to wait weeks for patches and fixes to be “stable”? I’ve had a much better experience on a rolling release with everyone in the community focused on a single version/instance of the OS making sure what is currently running is the best that it can be. Arch has proven itself to be extremely stable and efficient.

Why is Ubuntu #1 so far? Do people really like it???
I use LMDE and changed the desktop from Mate to LDXE. I did consider Tiny Core without a desktop.
Woo! debian for the win!!!
CentOS all the way, I have also used Ubuntu quite a lot. Never ran an Arch server though, I really ought to try that.
Glad I’m not the only crazy one running Arch.
