BungeeCord doesn’t support both Forge and IP forwarding by default. In order to use both, you’ll need to install either SpongePIs, a BungeeCord plugin, or replace BungeeCord with Waterfall (which is based off BungeeCord, so your existing plugins and configuration will work fine).
