[Request] Economy paid rankup, and Auto Pickup [API 5]

Heyo, I’m looking for plugin(s) that have the capability of taking a set balance out of a user to then give them a rank from PEX, or something like it. Along with a plugin to enable items to be placed directly into a players inventory when harvesting wood, and ore, rather than being dropped on the ground for them to pick up, also it would be nice if it could also notify you of a full inventory.
Mainly the type of plugins you will see on a prison server.

I was looking at that plugin, it lookes nice, but if I could change the time played to currency needed, that would be exactly what I am looking for in terms of the ranks.
I appreciate the suggestion though.
