Request to support running SpongeVanilla jar from symlink

I currently run MSM to manage a very small craftbukkit environment. I’ve been trying to create a new SpongeVanilla server (for testing purposes) using the manager tools, and have run into some problems. I believe the issue is with running the spongevanilla jar from a symlink that points outside of the installed server folder.

Apart from removing the symlink and running the jar from inside the local folder, is there a way to use a symlink that points to spongevanilla-x-xx-xx.jar?

Likely your issue is the fact that SpongeVanilla will download the mc jar to whichever folder its running from.

When you have time @Minecrell, look into this.
