I never said it would, world gen lag is inevitable unless you pre-gen your world.

How do you pre-gen the world?

You’re going to need a plugin that allows for pre generation, I suggest using Nucleus

After getting the plugin on your server, you’re going to want to set a world border then pre-generate the world. They answer how to do this in their FAQ: FAQs

Furthermore, suggest taking a quick look at this to make sure your server is optimized:

I found that the pre-generated world did not solve the problem, and my server is still seriously delayed.

When I remove all the MOD and only sponge is left, there is still a delay. I doubt the performance of sponge!

There are no players on the server and there will be delays.

There are pokemon in the game that are generating chunks… Don’t think that pokemon should be spawning if no players are in the game, wonder if that’s a pixelmon bug.
Are you sure the world was pregenerated?

No pre-build, but no player in the game, why would he delay!

When 10 players are online, the delay is worse.
