Server won't start

I’m downloading spongeforge so i can give my server plugins.
I followed this guide How to Install plugins on FTB Continuum [Windows Edition][Sponge] - YouTube
and then I get that error here //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// - Pastebin.com
that’s all that stood in my server start cmd

pls help me and thank you for the help in advance

It looks like you’re using PermissionsEx, I didn’t even know they had a 1.12.2 version. Don’t use that, use LuckPerms, it’s pretty much the only choice for Sponge, because it’s the best. Switch it to that and see if you still have a problem (LuckPerms has a converter so you can keep your original permissions).
