Server tps is too low HELP!

At first glance, it looks like something from the iron backpacks is taking up most of the tick time…

What are you using iron backpacks for? I would recommend trying to make a copy of the world, and loading it up without the mod, and seeing if that fixes the TPS issue.

The server is also ticking seventeen million tile entities. That would probably have something to do with it.

I put the tileentity-activation=true of the sponge conf as if it is normal.
