I don’t know about anyone else, but I really hate having to restart my server when I add a new plugin. I’ve always used something like Plugman to load/unload/reload/disable/enable/list/etc plugins while a server is still running. This was an extremely useful tool for a server operator that wanted to keep their server online while testing things out or toying with a new plugin or configuration.
