Is there a way sponge plugins can work on spigot (server)?
Also, the server is in 1.8 if that helps.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Now that being said, No, they are a completely different code base. Sponge is open source, Spigot is DMCA’d and illegal. You asking to take a 7.3ltr Diesel V8 engine and install it into a dirt bike. Just because its a motor doesn’t mean its going to work.
