Good starting point would be to check with Mod Compatibility — Sponge 7.2.0 documentation (spongepowered.org) and see if you have a mod that’s also in that list.
Besides that I would suggest removing optifine as it shouldn’t be on a server, it’s a client mod.
Also. Pastebin is your friend. This is difficult to read so posting a pastebin link is much better for the people who are trying to read it.
