Totally new to server and sponge need help with players not being able to place end crystals

Hi so I’m having some trouble I wanted to install sponge on my patreon server so I could add clear Lagg but there seems to be some issues. First off keep inventory does not work in the nether is there a config option to fix this? Second players can not place end crystals to spawn in the ender dragon is there a way to fix that? Like I said I’m new to all this but could really use some help

Also just to add its a 1.10.2 sever running project ozone lite

By default, Sponge makes certain Vanilla commands, such as gamerule, per-world. You can either run /gamerule keepInventory true in the Nether, or set gamerule=false in the multi-world-patches section of your global.conf

Do you mean that they are physically unable to place the end crystals, or that placing down all four doesn’t respawn the dragon? If it’s the latter, please upload your latest.log and fml-server-latest.log from when you place down the crystals.
