Swap and go plugins (No restarting)

I don’t know about anyone else, but I really hate having to restart my server when I add a new plugin. I’ve always used something like Plugman to load/unload/reload/disable/enable/list/etc plugins while a server is still running. This was an extremely useful tool for a server operator that wanted to keep their server online while testing things out or toying with a new plugin or configuration. Sponge Should Have a GUI

Sponge should run with a java window like the minecraft_server.jar. Why? if certain server owners don’t have a Web Panel then its easy for them to monitor RAM and CPU usage as well as the Average Tick Count (I think) Im not too sure if it would be useful because a lot of plugins have a /lag, /tps or /debug command in-game.
