If updating your profile picture via Gravatar or Account Settings isn’t reflecting on the forums, it’s likely the forum pulls avatars exclusively from Gravatar linked to your account’s email. Make sure your Gravatar image is set and rated appropriately, and that the email matches your forum account. Changes may take a few hours to sync.
