I’m currently running my server on AdminShop and while it is a great plugin all in all, the way to sell items on it is a tedious and space consuming process. You have to properly write a sign for each and every item, then link the sign with a specific command. I, as well as many others I’d assume, would love a plugin that allows you to edit a sheet/config file and set prices for each and every item in it. Once a price for an item is set players would then be able to hold any item in hand and use /sell and have said item removed from their inventory and earn money in the form of whatever currency there is on server. It is a plugin of sorts that was on a old server I played on back in 1.7.10 but the name of it is not something I can identify.
I too am curious to find a sponge plugin that will do this, I dont know if any currently do.
This feature was available through Essentials on bukkit with a csv file i think…
I have often considered ripping open the essentials code to see how it was accomplished, but the skill level of their coding is beyond my abilities to interpret sometimes, and just porting this feature out may be a lost cause compared to writing from scratch anyways, but I still think its beyond something I want to try doing given how much other code projects i have to finish for myself (coding as many of my own for my own server as possible) But I will “need” this feature, so hopefully someone has something or can rush to our rescue.
I think the inventory API isn’t implemented so far that this could be accomplished.
