Let’s start from the beginning.
I don’t even know what version of Minecraft you are using, let alone anything else.
Butt, there is no Sponge implementation for Fabric, and that seems to be what you are using.
If you’re not using an implementation of Sponge (SpongeForge or SpongeVanilla), this isn’t the right place to look for support.
MIXIN is a library that is used by Forge, Fabric, and a load of other mods. It may reside in the spongepowered repo, but we have no control how others use it. You’ll have to seek support from the makers of the mods/plugins you are using.
