A level system for pixelmon

I need a level plugin for pixelmon. A level system different from the level that already exists in minecraft by experience.

One server for example: jogar.gearfriends.net

But I do not know if it already exists or whether it’s a paid or private plugin.
I’ve been looking for something at least 4 weeks, but I have not found it. I even tried to learn how to create plugins, but I’m just curious about programming.
