Do you have the group Owner or poketrainer?
Config files? I have both of them on my server but neither of the prefixs work.
With the menu, add the group Owner or poketrainer to yourself.
If a group is set to default, you wont get it, because you have been on the server before. The group by default is only added to the new players
Yeah Iām in the group owner, it still doesnt show the prefix.

Can I see you user config. Your file is in users and the name of the file is your Minecraft uuid.

Thats my Owner.yml i dont have a config.yml file.
This is what it says in the user file:

What is the version of EssentialCmds you are using?

Can you try with nucleus?

Both home-count and prefix are working for me now!! Im going to mess around and try to get the promotions set and see if that is now fixed. Again thanks for your awesome work and dedication!!!

I tried the promotions with both versions(4.2.0 and 5.X) and they worked fine.
Yes promotions works great, everything seems perfect now, however I do have a strange thing happening. I created the default group, and worldedit perms keep getting put in there. I have manually deleted them twice but every time I start up the console and then turn it off, they come backā¦any idea what is doing this, or is it something with worldedit? - Thanks again!
Upon further testing, it doesnāt actually āgiveā the commands, but it shows up under the perms. I also denied worldedit.* just in caseā¦very strangeā¦let me know your thoughts, and thanks again for everything, All is working smoothly now!!
