Add a Resources section in Plugins

Lots of people are releasing libraries and utilities, that would better belong all in one place. That’s why I’m suggesting a Resources sub-category in Plugins.

Might of misread, could you clarify? My understanding is you are requesting a sub category for libraries for plugins.
