I think TCPShield is a great protection plugin. It’s easy to setup and manage!

If so, put a request in with the developers (github issues is typically the place to do so).
As its open source anyone can make a sponge port of it, so requesting it here is a good idea. But i would also make it known to the developers that a sponge vanilla/forge version is wanted.
Also please state your sponge api desire. Without stating i assume whatever the latest stable is (api 11 - mc 1.19.4) but in reality the person requesting has wanted api 7 (1.12.2) which would require a restructuring the code completely (thanks to mc 1.13)
