Allow the plugin development category to have marked solutions

I have a small suggestion for the Plugin Development section of the forums:

The Plugin Development section seems to be where the questions gets asked for help with developing plugins. Currently, when a person receives a working solution, they edit the title of the thread to include [Solved]. I believe that this could be improved upon by adding a solution button as seen in the Sponge Support section of the forums. This would allow users to clearly see that the question has been solved and people could very easily locate the answer that is the solution.

I came, I saw, I hollered for @lukegb and / or @Owexz to do something about it.
Just now, in fact. It’s all under-the hood stuff, so I’ll leave it to the experts.
