Hey, is there an alternative to pore since pore has been discontinued. I would like to install the Brewery plugin on my Sponge server. Or you can still install pore somehow?
No, sorry, there isn’t something like that on sponge at the moment, but you can try to ask in the plugin request section if somebody can port Brewery to sponge.
There is a reason why Pore stopped development.
The main reasons where that very few Bukkit plugins would actually work on the platform as most Bukkit Plugins use something called NMS which is impossible to emulate in the SpongeForge and SpongeVannila environments. And that because Sponge event system fires its events at different times compared to Bukkit, some Bukkit plugins would break anyway.
Like outside64 stated, you can request the Bukkit plugins you want to be ported over (many have) by the plugin request option in Sponge, or even better ask the developer on dev.bukkit or spigot to give support to the Sponge platform (that way it is more likely to be maintained and get updates quicker)
