Any plugins can change the spawn rate of mineral?

So my issue is when I trying to create a resource world, I want to change the rate of mineral spawn, is there any plugins can boost up the mineral spawn rate?

I created a plugin that allows the creation of an entire Ore world… dunno if this is what you meant.
