Could you explain what you mean by “trolling”? Do you mean under the bridge kind of troll? Or joke kind of troll? If the latter what kind of joke?

Just a funny visual prank you can do to you friends, like spawning in a harmless creeper

Im not aware of any that spawn a harmless creeper in, but there is Nucleus with /KittyCannon (sends out a exploding kitten)

There is also Entity disguise, a old plugin that allows you to disguise as many mobs including a creeper
