Automatically rank-up players based on set stats

There is this great plugin on Bukkit called “AutoRank,” that I would love to see something similar for Sponge.

I am well aware that RankUpper (for Sponge) exists, but there are two issues with it:

  1. The author does not currently maintain it – there are a handful of bugs.
  2. It is not compatible with LuckPerms.
