You’re using a very outdated build of SpongeForge. Always ensure that you’re on the latest SpongeForge for 1.10 (which has a fix for the issue in that crash log).

You should use the mods folder(though you can configure an additional folder in global.conf)

Or only plugins for sponge :o

Unfortunately, Sponge has a complete different API from Bukkit. You’ll need to use plugins written specifically for Sponge.

There is a plugin called skyclaims made by mohron it works smoothly now that it’s not in alpha. Go check it out.
